John Knoell was born in Arizona into a large family. Being the son of a home builder in the Phoenix area, his upbringing was in construction and real estate. Throughout John’s childhood and into his adult life, he pursued his passion of owning his own business - starting his first business at the age of 10 (pulling weeds and cleaning out neighbors’ garages). In 2002 he started his own real estate market valuations company, but with a growing family, John decided to re-focus his energy and goals to an industry that would provide a better work-family balance.

 

In 2011 John started as an independent insurance producer for a local Denver, CO, agency and in 2017 turned his dream into a reality by opening his very own and very different independent insurance agency: KCraft Insurance Agency.

 

Outside the office you can find John cheering on his boys at an athletic event, supporting his daughters in ballet, running with the family, or mountain biking.

Margaret moved out to colorful Colorado from Michigan in 2019 and is excited about the plentiful sunshine and wonderful community she’s discovered.

 

With a background in education and ministry, she appreciates the daily opportunity to learn more about the ever-changing insurance industry at the service of helping people. She’s dedicated to finding solutions for clients to achieve peace of mind with correctly matched coverage.

 

When she’s not geeking out over insurance, Margaret enjoys developing her skills as a musician, talking with friends with a warm cup of Joe, and exploring the beauty of Colorado on long hikes.
